Brick & Bones, a popular fried chicken restaurant in Deep Ellum, is expanding once again farther east. On Saturday, July 6, Brick & Bones Backyard debuted in Rowlett’s center, in the charming, century-old Oliver House at 3410 Main St., known as the blue house.

Brick & Bones Backyard will serve fried and rotisserie chicken and showcase an expanded menu with delicious cocktails, too. Lots of chicken options stand out on this new innovative menu, such as fried chicken, naked chicken, hot chicken, chicken nuggets bowl, and a chicken sandwich that’s deep fried with a special sauce. That is not all, how about some Sexy Chicken?

Customers can order lighter fare small plates like the broccoli slaw, beet salad, Mexican corn, and fresh grilled chicken salad. Cool down with some refreshing cocktails like the Penrod Pooch with Watermelon Infused Tequila, Lime, Mint, and soda. There’s beer and wine as well.
