A fiery, spicy food festival called ZestFest returns to Fort Worth on May 23 to May 25 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The annual festival promises a zesty and tasty experience for food enthusiasts who enjoy all things spicy and flavorful.

ZestFest hosts many top-notch spicy food vendors that serve hot sauces and salsas, fiery snacks, and gourmet dishes. Attendees can sample heat-infused cuisine and purchase products from more than 100 exhibitors.

The festival presents the Fiery Food Challenge, where industry professionals conduct blind taste tests to reward top-rated spicy products across various categories. Winners are announced during an award dinner on the first day, and many of the items are available for sampling throughout the festival weekend.

For those who love extra spicy food and are up for a challenge, the Buffalo Bros Hot Wing Eating Contest enables attendees to compete in eating some very spicy wings. Additionally, the PuckerButt Jalapeño Pepper Eating Contest provides hot and spicy challenge for participants, featuring jalapeños from Smokin’ Ed Currie, an American chili pepper breeder and entrepreneur, known for creating two of the world’s hottest chili peppers.

At ZestFest 2025, attendees can watch live cooking demos led by some of Texas’ top culinary talents. Esteemed chefs such as Jon Bonnell of Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, Eddie Deen from Eddie Deen & Company Catering, and Antonio Votta of Bricks & Horses will take the stage to share their expertise. From pro cooking techniques to signature recipes and behind-the-scenes tips, these chefs will offer a flavorful learning experience.

ZestFest will be a fun atmosphere with live music, interactive workshops, and activities suitable for all ages.
