Frisco’s dining scene gained a strong new contender for pizza lovers. Slice House by Tony Gemignani officially opened on January 23, 2026, serving up a wide range of handcrafted pizzas inspired by some of the most beloved regional styles. To celebrate the Frisco opening, Slice House features a Frisco-exclusive slice, The Texan, inspired by the Frisco community and using bold Texan flavors.
The restaurant, located on Preston Road in Frisco, introduces North Texas diners to the vision of Tony Gemignani, a world-renowned pizzaiolo known for perfecting both classic and modern pizza techniques. Slice House is built around variety, allowing guests to mix and match slices or order full pies.
Slice House offers multiple distinct artisanal pizza styles, each made with its own dough recipe and baking method. Options include thin, foldable New York–style slices, thick and airy Sicilian squares, crisp Grandma-style pizzas baked in pans and thin crust, and Detroit-style pies known for caramelized cheese edges.
Slice House’s menu highlights a range of crowd-pleasing flavors, from classic to bold. Customers can’t go wrong with the perfectly balanced cheese or pepperoni pizza, while options like Margherita and Caprese lean into fresh mozzarella, basil, and delicious tomato flavors. For heartier appetites, meat-loaded pies and spicy Buffalo chicken bring savory to the table, while veggie-forward pizzas pile on fresh vegetables for a lighter but still satisfying option.
