On March 13, Salad and Go, a unique drive-thru concept, will open a new location at 101 Deer Ridge Drive in Round Rock. The new location and concept provide a balance between affordability, accessibility, and well-being. With more than 70 locations running statewide, Salad and Go is growing quickly in Texas, with continued expansion later this year.
The Round Rock location is the brand’s first move into the Greater Austin area. The first store opened in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona, and the first Texas store opened in Plano in May 2021.
Salad and Go serves made-to-order healthy options at affordable prices. Under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Daniel Patino, the menu offers healthy ingredients that are tasty and satisfying, and affordable. Without additives, stabilizers, or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients and nutritious meals.
Customers can choose from various salad options, from Cobb and Caesar to Greek and Thai salad, and pick a protein. There is even a kidās salad. Any salad can be made into a wrap. The menu also offers burritos or bowls with eggs and house-made salsa. Order online or download the app.

With the latest expansion into Round Rock, Salad and Go continues to further its mission of providing everyone with access to nutritional meals, especially at a time when food and restaurant inflation is pressuring Americans.
Salad and Go is proud to give back to its community. In partnership with the Central Texas Food Bank, Salad and Go will donate around 580 fresh salads created during team member training to local nonprofits.
