An exciting new player has arrived in Frisco’s growing Rail District called Rollertown Beerworks, which opened its two-story taproom at 6450 Main Street, right beside the city’s landmark grain silos.
The project is led by Ben Rogers and Jeff Wade, familiar names to DFW radio listeners, along with CEO Jonathan Rogers and a team of local partners. The taproom is supported by the City of Frisco, the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, and the Frisco Community Development Corporation, reflecting the city’s vision to create a strong link between the historic Rail District and the entertainment hub surrounding Toyota Stadium.
The newly opened space is built for big crowds and lots of entertainment. Guests will find a two-level taproom with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop deck overlooking downtown, and a large beer garden and outdoor stage for live music and events. There is also a 60-barrel brewhouse with capacity to produce more than 75,000 barrels a year. Rollertown features 21 beers on tap, with plans to roll out more beers every couple of weeks.
One beer already has celebrity status. The Big German, a crisp Kölsch, pays tribute to Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki, who is also an investor in the brewery.
Behind the scenes, the facility houses three different brewhouses, including a large system for high-volume production, a mid-size system for limited releases, and a small setup for experimental batches. This flexibility allows Rollertown to keep its menu fresh, while still meeting the demand of large crowds.

Rollertown offers wine and spirits selection, from tequila to bourbon, making it accessible to anyone in a group, even non-beer drinkers.
Food comes from a selection of food trucks, including American Gothic Pizza, Jazzy’s Tacos, and Mueller Wagyu. Mueller Wagyu is also expected to become a permanent addition sometime in early 2026.
The new venue is already shaping up to be a central gathering place for families, beer fans, and anyone looking for a lively spot to spend an afternoon or an evening.
