A new Pan-Asian restaurant, Soy Cowboy, will become the prime restaurant spot at the massive Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center as it opens on June 27.

Soy Cowboy welcomes guests on the ground level of the new Loews Arlington Hotel, at 888 Nolan Ryan Expressway. The sophisticated Pan-Asian concept sits between two mega sports stadiums and connects to the new Loews Arlington Convention Center.

The concept was inspired by a popular area in Bangkok, Thailand called Soi Cowboy. Soy Cowboy was created by Houston-based restaurateur Benjamin Berg, a New York native who founded Berg Hospitality Group, a culinary group responsible for B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Turner’s, Tavola, and more.

The lively and relaxing restaurant presents customers with bold and delectable flavors with a Texas spin, while showing the essence and spirit of Asia. Soy Cowboy takes visitors on a thrilling journey that includes tastings from China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, and other countries.

A variety of shareable dishes showcasing traditional Asian cooking methods, such as sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi, and teppanyaki, are offered on the menu, along with Korean barbecue. Find specialty rolls like the Surf and Turf Roll or the Dragon Roll. A vast wine and sake list is complemented by an inventive cocktail menu. Like all restaurants owned by Berg Hospitality, Soy Cowboy will prioritize providing customers with outstanding cuisine and service, a distinctive setting, and an unmatched experience.
