A stylish new cocktail bar, Sylvestro Bar, is adding fresh energy to Old East Dallas, pairing sophisticated drinks with vintage-inspired 1980’s design, and situated next door to Urbano Cafe and steps from Jimmy’s Food Store area.
The concept comes from restaurateurs and brothers Sina and Pasha Heidari, the Dallas hospitality team behind well-known spots including Bowen House, Las Palmas, and Mike’s Gemini Twin Lounge. The restaurant business is part of the brothers’ heritage, as their father, Mohsen Heidari, owns Arthur’s Steakhouse in Addison, while their uncle, Al Heidari, was formerly behind the iconic Old Warsaw restaurant.
The space at the new, elegant bar seats just over two dozen guests and features an intimate setting with low lighting and round tables. The cocktail menu balances familiar classics with creative twists. Drinks feature layered flavors and unexpected ingredients, including herb-infused spirits, tropical elements, and bitter Italian liqueurs.
