Over 25 years after opening The Old Monk on Henderson Avenue, Irish native and pub owner Fergal McKinney has introduced a second location at 810 West Davis Street, nearby the Bishop Arts District. The Old Monk has deep-seated roots on Henderson, known for its extensive beer selection, cocktails, whiskey, and a full menu featuring classics like fish and chips, mussels, cheese boards, and more.

The new Old Monk on West Davis Street offers the same menu as its Henderson Avenue counterpart, reflecting McKinney’s vision of creating another welcoming and cozy neighborhood pub, similar to his other popular establishments: The Old Monk (Henderson), Spider Murphy’s, and The Skellig.
