Chef-owner Leigh Hutchinson, who made waves in 2023 with the debut of Via Triozzi, one of Dallas’ top new Italian restaurants, has created an exciting rooftop lounge concept with the April 23rd launch of Terrazza di Triozzi, which is perched above Via Triozzi, located on Lower Greenville.
The new gem boasts a chic, Italian coastal vibe, and customers can enjoy a light, shareable menu of creative antipasti and pizzette, a salumi-and-cheese board, and a trio of desserts, plus signature cocktails, frozen spritzes, and more.
For a closer look, the menu offers Misto di Mare, a delicious seafood salad with celery and cherry peppers or the Insalata di Polpo with charred octopus, potatoes, olives, and oregano. Customers can nibble on Pizzette, including margherita, pepperoni, arugula, prosciutto, stracciatella, and taleggio and local mushrooms. There’s risotto with mascarpone and lemon sugo, as well as chopped tenderloin with capers, parmigiano-reggiano, lemon, and savory pizzelle. This is just a handful of what delicious items are on the menu of which also includes desserts such as Pistachio Tiramisu.

The drink menu features spritz drinks, frozen creations, and barrel-aged cocktails. Highlights include the Limoncello Spritz featuring lavender, basil, and prosecco or the Rossini Sprits served with strawberry, aperol, and prosecco. There’s a frozen Italian Margarita with blanco tequila and amaro Montenegro, as well as the Buona Vita, which is gin, grapefruit, elderflower, and rosemary.
Terrazza di Triozzi is walk-in only, except for cabanas, which need to be reserved through Resy. Hours are the same as Via Triozzi: Sunday from 5 to 9 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 pm, and closed on Tuesday.
