Uptown’s Bold New Burger Spot Offers Chef-Led Wagyu Burgers

Burger lovers, a sizzling new hotspot is rolling into Uptown soon, and it’s bringing big flavor, bold vibes, and some serious Wagyu burgers. NADC Burger, short for “Not a Damn Chance”, is opening its first stand-alone location in Dallas in early August at 2908 McKinney Avenue.

NADC is the brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee (of Pasta Bar and Sushi by Scratch) and Fort Worth-raised pro skateboarder and entrepreneur Neen Williams. The duo, who bonded over their love of skateboarding and cooking, launched the concept in Austin in 2022, and since then, it’s expanded to locations in Denver, Chicago, Nashville, and Fort Worth. NADC was recently awarded “Best Burger” honors at the 2025 Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival.

The NADC signature burger consists of 1/3 pound of Wagyu beef, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and jalapeños. Chef Phillip and Neen created the burger with perfect ratios and tang to create the perfect bite, every time. The delicious burger pairs nicely with the twice fried fries, and customers can order fries in beast mode, which is served with cheese, secret sauce, topped with diced jalapeños, and pickles, and a dash of the special OG steak spices.

The Uptown Dallas location marks a major step forward as the owners’ first-ever two-story, full-service NADC flagship. The brand-new burger joint will have counter service, a full bar with NADC-exclusive cocktails, and a laid-back vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating.
