A new culinary experience called Rachel’s Kitchen will open soon at the Star in Frisco. The popular casual eatery, celebrated for its dedication to freshness, taste, and exceptional service, will bring delicious offerings to Frisco in June 2024. This opening marks a significant expansion from the chain’s Las Vegas roots.
After leading the Las Vegas culinary scene with awards like Best Juice Bar, Best Chain Restaurant, and Best Downtown Restaurant, Rachel’s Kitchen is thrilled to bring its acclaimed menu to Texas. Founded in 2006 by Debbie Roxarzade, Rachel’s Kitchen continues its commitment to quality ingredients, creating fresh and hearty dishes that have grown in popularity over the past couple of years.
Debbie created a chef-driven, inspired menu that is meticulously prepared, utilizing the freshest ingredients, which are obtained locally, after being influenced by the California cuisine she specialized in during her time in Beverly Hills.

So, what’s on this terrific menu? For breakfast, customers can order a breakfast burrito or a breakfast wrap, avocado toast, or even buttermilk pancakes or French toast. There’s oatmeal, too. Various fresh salads are offered such as a chopped salad, cobb salad, spinach salad, and more. Bite into a delicious sandwich, like the smoked turkey and avocado sandwich or the Rachel’s chicken salad sandwich. There are also wraps and pasta. If you’re thirsty, be sure to try one of the popular juices like the Energizer Juice or Sweet Greens Juice. Guests can order smoothies, and there is a nice kid’s menu with several options like grilled cheese and scrambled eggs. Plus, customers can get the Green Goddess Bowl for a limited time!
