Rollin Smoke Barbeque in Trinity Groves in West Dallas celebrated its grand opening in early September. While it serves smoked ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, beef ribs, and brisket, customers should not leave the barbecue joint without trying the sweet potato parfait, which has a cup of whipped sweet potatoes layered with candied pecans, whipped cream, butter cookie crumble, and brown sugar caramel.
The BBQ restaurant is a welcome addition to Trinity Groves, which is seeing a somewhat of a rebirth with a slew of new restaurants coming alive in the area.
Known for its bold flavors and smoky, fall-off-the-bone meats, the Vegas-based Rollin Smoke brings a taste of Southern soul to Texas, blending its signature Southern style with Dallas’ love for authentic barbecue.
Come and get a taste of Rollin Smoke’s famous slow-cooked brisket, ribs, smoked chicken, smoked turkey, and pulled pork, catfish, and shrimp, all of which are generously slathered in their house-made sauces. Customers can also order down-home country sides, sandwiches and wraps, and taste the delicious homemade sauces. The Smoked Meatloaf was featured on the Travel Channel. The dessert menu includes peach cobbler, banana pudding, ice cream sundaes, and root beer floats.
