New Authentic Mexican Eatery Arrives in Rockwall

The revered Mexican eatery Vidorra will soon launch in Rockwall with the grand opening of its newest location at 2620 Sunset Ridge Harbor Heights, starting December 5. Vidorra will officially welcome guests to its brand new, 5,400-square-foot Rockwall location, a great new addition for this authentic Mexican joint that already has many fans in Dallas, Grand Prairie, and Addison. A location in Grapevine is also opening soon.

Conveniently situated off I-30 near the western shores of Lake Ray Hubbard and the vibrant Harbor District, the new location promises a delicious fusion of authentic Mexican flavors with a modern twist.

Guests can savor Vidorra’s signature menu, featuring creative margaritas and the iconic Queso Blanco served in a sizzling 400-degree molcajete bowl made from volcanic rock—a must-try favorite. Other appetizers include Mexican street fries with beef, queso blanco, and cheddar-pepper jack cheese, as well as nachos, flautas, and more. Popular entrees include traditional street tacos, flavorful birria tacos, burritos, salads, and fajitas, all can be paired with popular drinks like top-shelf margarita flights, fruit-infused cocktails, and shareable large-format drinks.

The restaurant boasts a largely decorated dining area and airy patio that sits above Lake Ray Hubbard. It’s a perfect spot for family-friendly dining, festive happy hours, and small and large gatherings, and getting together with family and friends.

The restaurant’s hours of operation are Monday through Wednesday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – midnight, and Sunday 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Vidorra is a part of Milkshake Concepts’ portfolio of restaurants, including The Finch, Saaya, Harper’s, Serious Pizza, and Serious Eats. This long-awaited opening continues the journey of Milkshake’s rapid expansion across North Texas.
