Close out those endless conference calls and wrap up your workday because the Columbian Country Club, one of Dallas’ premier cocktail lounges, has just unveiled new happy hour times. Every Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., guests can unwind in a lively, welcoming, and upscale atmosphere while savoring refined bites and expertly crafted cocktails.
The happy hour menu showcases half-off sushi rolls and a $7 caviar bump, Karaage chicken bites with spicy mayo for $12, and crispy rice topped with spicy tuna or salmon for $14. For those wanting to share, a dinner portion of three costs $22.
Pairing nicely with menu items, guests can sip on signature cocktails priced at $11, including the Serpiente with Tentador Blanco, pineapple, St. Germain and soda, the El Guapo with Tentador Reposado with aromatic bitters and Licor 43, and Tentadora with Tentador Rosa, which includes Grand Marnier, lemon juice, syrup and cranberry juice.

The lavish cocktail lounge captures the essence of New York City’s golden era with an old-world glamor and rich old-world accents, a live piano player, and a thoughtfully selected martini and cocktail menu, with a nod to a historic Jewish country club in Dallas. Live music sets the mood nightly, with a pianist from Monday through Wednesday and a DJ spinning from Thursday through Sunday.
