A Chicago-based authentic Italian neighborhood restaurant and pizzeria Quartino Ristorante and Wine Bar made its Texas debut at the Grotto District of Grandscape, in The Colony on June 19, 2023.
The lively Quartino boasts two levels of indoor and outdoor bar and dining room seating.
Quartino has a delicious menu for every taste! The restaurant features Italian regional specialties with shared plates, like artisanal salumi, house made cheeses, Neapolitan-style pizza, handmade pasta, Aquerello risotto, and seafood. Some of the mouth-watering pizza items you can try are fennel sausage pizza, funghi pizza, or veal meatball pizza. You can choose from a list of 12 pizzas. Maybe shrimp risotto or porcini and truffle risotto are more your thing. Perhaps you are craving fettucine alfredo or gnocchi. Penne alla vodka, anyone? Or beef short ribs? The restaurant’s menu is packed with amazing choices, plus a lengthy wine menu.
The original restaurant opened in 2005 by Gibsons Restaurant Group in Chicago’s vibrant and bustling River North neighborhood. Founded in 1989 with the iconic Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse on Rush Street in Chicago, Gibsons Restaurant Group has always been dedicated to providing unmatched hospitality, quality, and value to its customers.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday through Sunday is 11 a.m.-12 p.m. You can make table reservations online on the website.
