A brookie is the ultimate mix-up dessert that blends a fudge brownie with a classic chocolate chip cookie. This new twist comes in a delicious, sweet ice cream, and Blue Bell brought it to life with their new flavor, Brookie À La Mode, which hit store shelves on March 26, 2026.
This new variety features a smooth brown sugar ice cream base, packed with chunks of chewy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces throughout the ice cream. Brookie À La Mode is being offered in half gallon and pint sizes for a limited time.
Also newly released is Honey Vanilla Ice Cream, a simple blend of honey and vanilla flavors, available in pint containers while supplies last.
In addition, Blue Bell recently launched a line of high-protein frozen desserts called PRO pints. Each serving contains up to 12 grams of protein and comes in flavors, including Chocolate, Coffee, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, and Vanilla.
