Historic Old Town Lewisville has a special charm with its walkable quaint streets, historic buildings, and an expanding food scene. With the arrival of Buffalo Hirsch, a brand-new open-air cocktail truckyard, the quiet neighborhood is becoming a livelier daytime and late-night hangout.
The once Salvation Army building transformed into a 35,000-square-foot playground for food, drinks, and community. The vision comes from John Williams, who teamed up with the creative minds behind beloved Denton staples like Miss Angelineās and Danās Silverleaf.

Two repurposed buildings anchor a rustic cocktail lounge and a more relaxed neighborhood-style bar. Between them stretches a wide courtyard built for socializing and fun with food trucks and a shaded patio, plus an exciting cocktail and craft drink menu, such as frozen piƱa coladas or Moscow mules. A wall of beer drafts is ready to lift customersā spirits.
Food trucks bring an exciting mix of culinary delights, like Fetaās Lone Star Greek, which serves authentic Greek street food, and The Tomato Pizza offering Chicago-style giant slices and stuffed pies. The Pickled Carrot serves Vietnamese-style street food, and more food truck offerings to come.
Join for the official grand opening party on Saturday, October 11, starting at 11 a.m.
The first 150 people to purchase a drink will get a free Buffalo Hirsch t-shirt.
