Blue Bell baked something special for dessert lovers without turning on the oven. The Texas-based creamery just unveiled Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream, a new flavor that blends everything people love about the iconic Southern dessert. Available in both half gallon and pint sizes, Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream will only be on shelves for a limited time.
For this new classic flavor, Blue Bell combined pie and ice cream. The flavor features a base of rich brown sugar ice cream layered with roasted pecans, crumbles of flaky pie crust, and ribbons of gooey pecan pie filling.

In July, Blue Bell introduced another iconic flavor Homemade in the Shade, a fan favorite that disappeared for nearly a decade. The flavor pairs Blue Bell’s Homemade Vanilla with thick swirls of chocolate fudge.
