Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the opening of Angie’s Lobster on November 13, 2025, at 701 W. 15th Street in Plano. The fast-growing brand promises a dining experience that offers high-quality lobster and seafood at an affordable price.

The menu will feature the brand’s signature warm or chilled Maine lobster rolls made with fresh lobster sourced directly from Maine. Customers can also order snow crab rolls, fried shrimp rolls, spicy honey fried cod sandwiches, and lobster cake meals.

Founders Tony and Roushan Christofellis are on a mission to make luxury foods affordable to everyone. With 20 locations already thriving across Arizona and Las Vegas, Angie’s Lobster’s Plano debut marks the brand’s first Texas location and a major step in its national expansion.

Angie’s unique, efficiency-driven business model sets it apart. The company controls its entire supply chain, owning and operating a wharf on Bailey Island, Maine, a 63,000-square-foot lobster processing facility in Richmond, Maine, a distribution and sauce processing center in Phoenix, Arizona, and an antibiotic-free chicken processing facility in Chandler, Arizona. It also has its own trucking fleet for delivery and logistics. This vertically integrated setup cuts out middlemen, allowing Angie’s to keep prices low while investing in top-quality ingredients and competitive employee wages.

Diners can look forward to a streamlined ordering experience and delicious seafood without the upscale price tag.
