Need a place with good vibes and award-winning craft beers? Oak Highlands Brewery opened a new location at 500 Lockwood Drive in Richardson. The grand opening party was held on Saturday, May 31.
Open Wednesday through Sunday, this kid- and dog-friendly space serves as a haven for beer lovers as well as a community hub. The brewery will offer a selection of craft beers brewed in-house, as well as live music, food events, parties, and more.
Craft beer at Oak Highlands Brewery will not disappoint, from the legendary Freaky Deaky Belgian Tripel to the rotating seasonal delights, customers should prepare for a flavor adventure. The tap wall offers ten taps plus two nitro taps, with plans to expand in the future. Wine and frozen bellinis will also be available.

Additionally, a Brix Barbecue food truck will be located in the brewery’s parking lot every day. Brix, which has a brick-and-mortar locale in Fort Worth, has launched as one of the hottest new barbecue restaurants in DFW and the food truck will be parked in front of the brewery. They will have specials to go along with their daily menu.
