Las Brasas recently opened its doors on Dallas’ Lower Greenville. It is located next to sister restaurant, Palapas The Original Seafood Bar.

Majority owner Tim Goza and business partner Gustavo De Los Rios are excited to bring new Mexican flavors to the area, like the restaurant’s iconic Mexican carne asadas. The Northern México wood burning grill offers meats, chicken, pork, and more, all marinated in special herbs from Mexico. The restaurant cooks its meat over charcoal and mesquite wood to create the authentic Mexican flavor.

Integrating traditional Mexican recipes with American staples, Las Brasas offers specialty dishes like the 14-ounce ribeye aguachile, beef short ribs, brasas, pork loin, chicken, petite filet mignon, and other American classics. Shared plates include chips and roasted tomato salsa, guacamole, queso flameado, and stuffed jalapenos. Healthy options include salads and more.
