Two Italian entrepreneurs from Seattle launch Due’ Cucina in Dallas, giving Texas diners an authentic taste of Italy with freshly made pasta, entrees, appetizers, desserts, and Italian wines and cocktails. Opening September 16, 2024, the restaurant has five locations in Seattle, and Dallas marks the first out-of-state launch to bring authentic Italian food to Texas. Due’ Cucina will be housed in the Lakewood Shopping Center at 1900 Abrams Pkwy Dallas, 75214, offering both indoor and outdoor dining. Ordering at Due’ is easy: pick your sauce, pair it with pasta shapes, add a topping, and get ready to chow down.
Established in 2017, this expansion marks the brand’s first venture outside Washington state, offering traditional Italian flavors and affordable pricing.

The Italian restaurant offers pasta made from scratch in-house with the highest quality ingredients, plus salads, appetizers, and desserts. The website states that they serve up fast with a guarantee – fresh pasta in under eight minutes. Prices are budget-friendly with the priciest dish being less than $15.
